Pursuant to Regulation 12(1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 August 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Maree McKee in respect of Over the Rainbow (52547), situated at 44 Millar Street, Palmerston North.
