On 7 August 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Claude Peter Marsden, of 29 Kauri Street, Murupara, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months and 2 months imprisonment respectively and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 7 August 2000, following his conviction on 7 August 2000, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (2) and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty,

Judge C. J. McGuire has ordered that a

Honda Accord, registration No. KA 9547

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on 7 August 2000.
