Pursuant to Section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of Harbours and Health Credit Union unless, within 3 months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of Harbours and Health Credit Union commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution, and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.

Pursuant to section 160 (7) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982 (“the Act”), I hereby revoke the exemptions granted to Union Care Credit Union (formerly The Post Office Investment Society Limited) on the 26th day of April 1989, from the following provisions of the Act:

Sections 106 (3), 107, 108 and 112.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 14 September 2000 at the District Court at Waihi, Colin George Rapson, of 7 Rahu Road, Mackaytown, was convicted of the following offence – refuse to permit blood specimen to be taken (2nd subsequent offence). In addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a Hillman motor vehicle, registration No. EK 7247 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
