was passed by the Hurunui District Council on the 21st day

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hurunui
District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land
held by the said council in fee simple, and described in
the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby
declared to be an historic reserve within the meaning of
the said Act.”
