Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

CRN: 9019036089

On the 3rd day of February 2000, at the District Court at Hamilton, Petelo Levaulo Faaumu of 15 Culverdon Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to $200 fine and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 3 February 2000, following his conviction on the 3 February 2000, for an offence of driving while disqualified and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates G. Moltzen and M. Brooker have ordered that a motor vehicle Mazda 626, registration No. OL 7222 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 3rd day of February 2000.

Education

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 September 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Ruth Bastet, in respect of Levin Montessori Pre-School 1 (52530), situated at 8 Seddon Street, Levin.

The centre has ceased to operate.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 October 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Sandra Gregan, in respect of Te Anga Playcentre (31012), situated at the corner Te Anga Hall, Te Kuiti.

The centre has ceased to operate.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
