Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and, under section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as an historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

4190 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 65987, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District. Part Gazette notice No. B. 162873.1 (part New Zealand Gazette 1983, page 752).

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to section 36 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation revokes the appointment made on the 8th day of December 1975, and notified in the New Zealand Gazette 1975, page 2997, of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule.

Public Works Act 1981

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated in Dunedin City

Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, areas “A” and “C” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3B/1090, subject to mortgage No. 938480.2 and encumbrance 843168/2, and areas “B” and “D” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 296/247 Ltd, subject to mortgage No. 938480.2 and encumbrance 843168/2.

Road Realignment—McDonald Mine Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice be taken for the purposes of a road and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to Part VIII, sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 69B/880.

(d) Pursuant to Part VIII, sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 45B/647.
