Organisation Incorporated was granted full recognition as an industry training organisation for the disability, including physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, and age related industries, with effect from 20 September 1999.
It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas at Levels 1–8.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

New Zealand Equine Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 18 May 1998, the New Zealand Equine Industry Training Organisation Incorporated was granted full recognition as an industry training organisation for the equine industry, incorporating the breeding, thoroughbred and harness racing (including racing facility administration and maintenance), farriery, and equestrian sports and recreation sections, with effect from 21 June 1998.
It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas at Levels 1–6.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Design and Construction Consultants Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Skill New Zealand–Pūkenga Aotearoa Board, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 15 February 1999, the Design and Construction Consultants Industry Training Organisation Incorporated approved the extension of the existing coverage to include the property valuation sector, with effect from 15 February 1999.
It will set standards on the National Qualification Framework in the area at Levels 1–8.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interest organisations over the setting of skill standards.

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to Section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 15 February 1999, the New Zealand Water and Wastes Association Incorporated was granted full recognition as an industry training organisation for the supply of water and disposal of waste water industries, with effect from 15 February 1999.
It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas at Levels 1–8.

Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation
Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of a summary of exemptions, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation.

From the requirement in:
Civil Aviation Rule 139.5 (a) that no person shall operate an aerodrome serving any aeroplane having a certified seating capacity of more than 30 passengers that is engaged in regular air transport operations except under the authority of, and in accordance with the provisions of, an aerodrome operating certificate issued for that aerodrome under Part 139.
This exemption shall apply until 31 October 2000 unless withdrawn earlier in writing by the Director.
The exemption allows for the operation of Saab 340 aircraft, chartered for the NPC rugby competitions, into Gisborne.

From the requirement in:
(a) Civil Aviation Rule 121.71 (f) (1) that each aerodrome to be used by an aeroplane which has a certified seating capacity of more than 30 passengers and is engaged on a regular air transport passenger service, shall be an aerodrome that is associated with a Part 139 certificate; and
(b) Civil Aviation Rule 139.305 (5), that no person operating an aeroplane engaged on an air transport operation shall use any place for the purpose of landing at or taking off from unless, if the aeroplane has a certified seating capacity of more than 30 passengers and is engaged on a scheduled flight, the place is certified as an aerodrome under Part 139.
Only with respect to: Gisborne aerodrome.
