Change of Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Opotiki District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule, from a local purpose (site for community buildings) reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and vests the reserve in the Opotiki District Council in trust for that purpose.

1.6187 hectares, being Allotment 519, Waiotahi Parish, situated in Blocks II and VI, Opotiki Survey District.

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the Hutt City Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
