Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 13th day of July 1999 at the District Court at Morrinsville, PorNPEN Ruangsuwan of 83 Fifth Street, Matamata, was convicted and fined $400.00 and $130.00 Court costs and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 13 July 1999, following her conviction on 13 July 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge M. L. S. F. Burnett, has ordered that a

Nissan Bluebird motor vehicle, registration No. UZ 7790

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, PorNPEN Ruangsuwan be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Morrinsville, by 5.00 p.m. on the 13th day of July 1999.

Pursuant to section 56 of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries hereby makes the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—

(a) This notice may be cited as the Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing Vessels May Be Registered and Appointing Registrars of Fisheries 1999.

(b) This notice shall come into effect on the 2nd day of August 1999.

2. Datacom Registration Office—

2.1 The Chief Executive hereby declares the following office of the Commercial Fisheries Services Business Unit of Datacom Employer Services Limited to be a registration office at which fishing vessels may be registered:

3. Registrars of Fisheries—

3.1 The following designated officers of the Commercial Fisheries Services Business Unit of Datacom Employer Services Limited are hereby appointed as Registrars of Fisheries for the above Registration Office:

  • Senior Registry Officer
  • Registry Analyst
  • Registry Officer

3.2 The following designated officers of the Ministry of Fisheries are hereby appointed as Registrars of Fisheries:

4. Revocation—

4.1 The Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing Vessels May Be Registered and Appointing Registrars of Fisheries 1997 (No. F55) appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 3rd day of April 1997, No. 30 at page 743 is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to section 295(1)(b) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries hereby makes the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—

(a) This notice may be cited as the Registry Services Notice 1999.

(b) This notice shall come into effect on the 2nd day of August 1999.

2. Interpretation—

“Registry Services Agreement” means the agreement between the Ministry of Fisheries, Commercial Fisheries Services Limited and Datacom Employer Services Limited for the delivery of registry-based services.

3. Performance of functions, duties and powers of the chief executive—

(a) As from the date this notice comes into effect, the performance of certain functions, duties and powers of the Chief Executive relating to the delivery of Registry Services will be performed by the
