Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 29th day of June 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Alan Albert House of Unit 6, Sun Haven Motel, Cameron Road, Gate Pa, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to a total of 12 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 2 years from 29 November 1999, following his conviction on 1 June 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, having been previously convicted, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. F. Ellis, has ordered that a
