Notice of Appointment of Panel Members of the Waikato Regional Approval Panel
Pursuant to regulation 48 (1) of the Domestic Violence (Programmes) Regulations 1996, the Chief Executive is pleased to appoint:
Nellie Brooking, local court manager, Department for Courts, of Gisborne
as chairperson of the Waikato Regional Approval Panel, for the period commencing on the 1st day of August 1999 and expiring with the close of the 31st day of July 2002, and,
Maurini Haines, student, of Kawerau (who under regulation 48 (5) is designated to represent Maori)
Ruth Busch, assistant professor of law, Waikato University, of Hamilton
Heather Colby, chief executive, Ministry of Education (Waikato), of Hamilton
Hinewirangi Kohu-Morgan, consultant, of Hamilton (who under regulation 48 (5) is designated to represent Maori)
Dianne McColl, lawyer, of Rotorua
as panel members of the Waikato Regional Approval Panel for the period commencing the 1st day of August 1999 and expiring with the close of the 31st day of July 2002.

as deputy chairperson of the Southern Regional Approval Panel for the period commencing the 1st day of August 1999 and expiring with the close of the 31st day of July 2002, and,

Dr Richard Tan, psychologist, of Christchurch
as deputy panel members of the Southern Regional Approval Panel for the period commencing the 1st day of August 1999 and expiring with the close of the 31st day of July 2002.
