On the 2nd day of July 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Alexander John Sinclair of 268 Nghanipouri Road, Ohaupo, was convicted and fined $1,300.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for twelve (12) months from 2 July 1999, following his conviction on 2 July 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a

Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. JY 2541 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Alexander John Sinclair, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 5th day of July 1999.

Suzuki motorcycle, registration No. TS 185 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kent Robert Oldham, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
