Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Community
Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the
classification of the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto from a local purpose (site for hospital buildings)
reserve to a recreational reserve, subject to the provisions
of the Reserves Act.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Part of a Reserve
in the Papakura District Council and Revocation
of the Reservation Over Part of That Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland
Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in
the Papakura District Council of that part of the recreation
reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further,
revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the said
land.
