The Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990

The information required to be published by Telecom under the Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990 for the quarter ended 31 December 1998 is available from 30 January 1999, on request by any person, at the principal offices of Telecom in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

The principal offices are:

Conservation

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1)(a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Conservator, Canterbury, the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes subject to the Conservation Act 1987, and it shall hereafter be so held.

Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Banks Peninsula District

4067 square metres, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 14191, situated in Block XIV, Pigeon Bay Survey District. All certificate of title 524/146 (Canterbury Registry). Subject to a pipeline easement created by lease 8964.

5488 square metres, being part Rural Section 335 and part Lot 4, Deposited Plan 9662, situated in Block XIV, Pigeon Bay Survey District. All of the land in document GN 370745/1 (Canterbury Registry). Subject as to part Lot 4, Deposited Plan 9662, to caveat 8423.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration that Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 6th day of July 1998:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on The North Shore City Council by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are declared to be, recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act".

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

2636 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 684, Parish of Paremoremo, situated in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 49C/296. S.O. Plan 46406.

Change of Purpose of Reserve

Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rotorua District Council hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (parks depot) reserve to a local purpose (community) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

6316 square metres, more or less, being Tarewa East Blocks 3B11, 3B12, 3B13, 3B14 and 3B15, and Lot 1, D.P. S. 33225, Block I, Tarawera Survey District, comprised in certificates of title 15A/330, 15A/331, 15A/332, 15A/334 and 66C/729. Part held in New Zealand Gazette, 1981, page 725.
