Land Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve (Segregation) in the City of Palmerston North
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (segregation) and is vested in the Palmerston North City Council at the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
