Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Authorisation of the Exchange of That Conservation Area for Other Land

Pursuant to the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes and, subject to the said Act, it shall thereafter be so held, and further, authorises the exchange of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

1,0667 square metres, more or less, being Lot 9, D.P. 193894. Part certificate of title 15B/430. (Limited).

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
