On the 2nd day of June 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Wharehuia Tamati Roberts of 54C Hartford Avenue, Papamoa, was convicted and ordered to pay a fine of $500 and Court costs of $130 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 2 June 1999, following his conviction on 2 June 1999, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, the Community Magistrates R. Paterson and A. Ngatai, have ordered that a
