Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 17th day of May 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, John Hone Harawira, care of Bayshore Leisure Park, P.O. Box 3189, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months imprisonment and 12 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 2 years from 17 May 1999, following his conviction on 17 May 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a

Mitsubishi Mirage motor vehicle, registered No. NR 7396

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, John Hone Harawira, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 17th day of May 1999.
