On the 17th day of May 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, John Hone Harawira, care of Bayshore Leisure Park, P.O. Box 3189, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months imprisonment and 12 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 2 years from 17 May 1999, following his conviction on 17 May 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D.
