Consent to the Distribution of a Changed Medicine

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 1999, No. 50, page 1185, notice No. 3126, amend the entry for Vastin to show the name and strength in lines 15 and 16 to Fluvastatin sodium equivalent to 20 mg, 40 mg fluvastatin.
