Civil Aviation Act 1990
Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 871 (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received applications from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline, with effect from 27 April 1999, in order that it may operate as follows:
(i) “From points in New Zealand to any point or points in Austria, optionally via any point or points”, (without traffic rights at Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore), with such level of capacity as is filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
(ii) “For own-aircraft services, points in New Zealand, optionally via intermediate points, to Frankfurt and optionally beyond”; and
(iii) “For code-shared services, points in New Zealand, optionally via intermediate points, to all points in Germany and optionally beyond”.

I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 28 April 1999, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 299 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 (by virtue of the removal of Finance & Mortgage Nominees Limited from the Register of Companies on 17 March 1995) pursuant to section 293 of the Companies Act 1955) with rights as mortgagee under mortgage No. B. 985770.1 registered against certificate of title 1952/37, Auckland Land Registry.
