Amendment to Constitution of Telford Rural Polytechnic

Pursuant to section 170 of the Education Act 1989, the Minister for Tertiary Education hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as the Constitution of the Telford Rural Polytechnic Amendment Notice 1999, which shall be read together with and deemed part of the Telford Rural Polytechnic Notice 1990 (“the principal notice”)*.

  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. The principal notice is hereby amended by adding to clause 3 the following paragraph:

(n) Up to 3 members co-opted by the Telford Rural Polytechnic Council as and when it sees fit”.
