Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 3rd day of May 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Robyn Louise Jonson of 748 State Highway One, Karapiro, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 7 September 1999, following her conviction on 3 May 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a

Holden Gemini motor vehicle, registration No. KO 9239 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Robyn Louise Jonson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 3rd day of May 1999.
