Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Tuhua Survey District, containing 1.2600 hectares, more or less, being part Rangitoto Tuhua 52F Block; marked “A” on S.O. Plan 58848.

District, containing 8260 square metres, more or less, being part Rangitoto Tuhua 52F Block; marked “B” on S.O. Plan 58848.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of April 1999.
