Notice of Desire to Acquire Land for a Public Work

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 18 (1) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, that the Crown desires to acquire the land described in the Schedule hereto, for a public work, namely a road being part of State Highway No. 1 at Greatford.

Notice Authorizing Secondary Uses of Land in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Police hereby authorises the application of the land in the Schedule hereto, held primarily for police purposes (v.h.f. radio station) for the secondary uses of broadcasting, radiocommunication and telecommunication purposes.

All that piece of land containing 2 roods 32.8 perches situated in Block II, Cambridge Survey District, being part Section 235, Te Miro Settlement, as shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan 43844, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, taken for police purposes (v.h.f. radio station) in the notice in the New Zealand Gazette dated at Wellington on 13 June 1967 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 20 July 1967, No. 46 at page 1243. Part Proclamation S. 382510, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in the Mackenzie District (Opiki River)

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of August 1998, realigning road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 August 1998, No. 125 at page 3047, by replacing the words “mortgage 935078/5” in clauses (c) and (d) of the notice with the words “mortgage A. 367475.3”.

Road Realignment—Kingfisher Point Road, Far North District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in Roger Michael Craddock, solicitor of Auckland and George Roger Wayne France, chartered accountant of Auckland.

Road to be Stopped at Gladstone, Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and declares that the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
