Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register the above-named companies which have their registered office at 11–17 Church Street, Wellington, by request, under pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidator has sent or delivered to the Registrar the documents required by the Act and the liquidations have been completed.
