Public Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Edgewood Investments Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at the Fifth Floor, WEL Energy Building, corner of London and Victoria Streets, Hamilton, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

Unless written objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton by the 2nd day of June 1999 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
