Change of Purpose of Reserve

In the notice LN683, Change of Purpose of Reserve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 January 1999, No. 8, page 214, amend 6316 square metres to read 6371 square metres.

Classification and Naming of Two Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves, described in the First Schedule hereto, as scenic reserves, subject to the provisions of section 19 of the Reserves Act 1977 and further, in addition to the existing classified scenic reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, declares that the said reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be known hereafter as the Atuanui Scenic Reserve and further, classifies the reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the said Act to be known hereafter as the Kaipara Hills Recreation Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a hospital, over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
