as members of the Chiropractic Board for 3 year terms of office expiring on 1 March 2002; and

Simon Christopher Rouhan

as a member of the Chiropractic Board for a term of office expiring on 15 May 2000; and

reappoint under section 3 (2) (c) of the Chiropractors Act 1982

Rachael Ann Dewar

as a member of the Chiropractic Board for a 3 year term of office expiring on 1 March 2002.

Food Act 1981

New Zealand Food Standard 1996 Amendment No. 13

Section 11G of the Food Act 1981

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 13 was issued by the Minister of Health on 13 April 1999.

The amendment incorporates changes made in Amendment No. 43 to the Australian Food Standards Code (AFSC), into New Zealand Food Standard 1996.

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, and the material incorporated into it by reference, i.e., the AFSC up to and including Amendment No. 43, is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Copies of the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and its amendments, are available for purchase from any Bennetts Government Bookshop.

Copies of the AFSC and its amendments are available from Information Australia, 75 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia.

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 13, will come into force on the 28th day after the date of this notification.

New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999

Section 11G of the Food Act 1981

The New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999 ("the standard") was issued by the Minister of Health on 6 April 1999.

The standard replaces the provisions for maximum residue limits of agricultural compounds that are currently provided for under regulation 257 of the Food Regulations 1984. Compliance with the provisions of the standard is mandatory.

The standard is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Copies of the standard are available for purchase from any Bennetts Government Bookshop.

The standard will come into force on the 28th day after the date of this notification.
