Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

CRN: 9075004145

On the 30th day of March 1999 at the District Court at Thames, Jane Alison Reid, care of Liddels, Main Road, Tapu, was convicted and sentenced to 10 months imprisonment, suspended for 2 years and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence indefinitely, following her conviction today for an offence of excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge Burnett has ordered that a

Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. JL 4886

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The Court further ordered, pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, that Jane Alison Reid be prohibited from acquiring any interest in any vehicle within 12 months from the date of this order.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Thames, today.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Mary’s School, Putaruru.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 8th day of April 1999. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
