Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and section 18 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1956, the Minister of Conservation hereby appoints the following persons to be members of the Horowhenua Lake Domain Board for a term expiring on 31 October 2001:

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 10th day of February 1999 at the District Court at Morrinsville, Emil Robert Bosch of Toa Road, Waitoa, was convicted and sentenced to 6 weeks imprisonment, 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely from 10 February 1999, following his conviction on 9 February 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a

1994 Mazda Lantis motor vehicle, registration No. WQ 7345

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Emil Robert Bosch be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Morrinsville, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Morrinsville, by 3.00 p.m. on the 9th day of April 1999.
