On the 16th day of March 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Paul Maurice Tronel of 58 Haukore Street, Ohauiti, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for 3 months, was disqualified indefinitely, ordered to attend assessment centre and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 2 years from 16 March 1999, following his conviction on 16 March 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a

Ford Telstar motor vehicle, registered No. LK 8750

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Paul Maurice Tronel, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, as per instructions by the Registrar.
