Road Realignment — Kairakau Road, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3):

(i) Declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice (now known as Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7, S.O. 10866 and Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7, S.O. 10867 respectively) to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. W1/341, subject to mortgages 656940.3 and 656940.4;

(ii) Declares the portion of road firstly described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped (now known as Section 4, S.O. 10867) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. P4/1126.

(iii) Declares the portion of road secondly described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped (now known as Section 8, S.O. 10867) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. W1/344.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) (now known as Section 9, S.O. 10867) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P4/1126.
