Road Realignment — State Highway No. 25, Kuaotunu Hill – Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 38C/750, subject to section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950, sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, exploration permit B. 406958 and mortgage B. 413314.
