130 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 4
(i) Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act and section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and forms part of State Highway No. 87 and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
(ii) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby stopped and will be vested in certificate of title 9B/1402, subject to mortgage No. 704318/1 and to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

Road Realignment — State Highway No. 1, Glengarry Elands Realignment, Hastings District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 5 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title W1/371.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (1) and 120 (3):
(i) declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped (now known as Sections 12, 14, 10, 13, 15, 16 and 17, S.O. 10746 respectively) and vested in William Ross Bramwell, sheepfarmer of Argyll, Waipawa (½ share), Thelma Joy Kerr, married woman of Havelock North (¼ share) and Pamela Dawn Gwillim, married woman of Rotorua (¼ share) as tenants in common in the said shares, subject to mortgage 336641.8 and subject to the restriction in the Seventh Schedule to this notice.
(ii) declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped (now known as Section 9, S.O. 10746) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title W1/371.
