Amending a Notice Realigning a Road in the District of Masterton

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 10 November 1998, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 November 1998, No. 187 at page 4414, by:

(a) Deleting the words “Terry John Stanton, farmer of Masterton” in clauses (b) and (c) in the Head Recital and substituting it with the words “The Masterton District Council”; and

(b) Deleting the word “Being” in the Third Schedule and substituting it with the word “Adjoining”.

Road Realignment in Otago District — State Highway No. 87, Capburn

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(i) Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act and section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for road and State highway and remain vested in the Crown.

(ii) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (1) of the Public Works Act, the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Crown.
