Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 34, Islington Street to State Highway No. 34/30 Intersection

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 February 1999, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 34 at Kawerau commencing at Islington Street (at Route Position 15/4.520) and proceeding in a generally north-easterly direction for a distance of 5.89 kilometres to the intersection of State Highway No. 34 and State Highway No. 30 (at Route Position 25/0.00) as more particularly shown on Plan LA 23/1703/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 33, Okere to Allport Road

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 February 1999, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 33 commencing at Okere Bridge west abutment (at Route Position 0/7.89) and proceeding in a generally northerly direction for a distance of 19.99 kilometres to Allport Road (at Route Position 17/10.40) as more particularly shown on Plans LA 23/135/3 and LA 23/136/2 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 February 1999, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares the parts of State Highway No. 1 in Rangitikei District listed in the following Schedule, as more particularly shown on Plans LA 40/10/1, LA 40/11/3 and LA 43/13/5 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

  1. At Mangaweka, commencing at the rail overbridge (at Route Position 768/8.10) and proceeding in a southerly direction through Mangaweka to the railway crossing at the foot of the Pouwhakauara Hill (at Route Position 780/0.72); a distance of 1.8 kilometres.

  2. At Ohinetai, commencing at Otara Road (at Route Position 780/8.80) and proceeding in a southerly direction through Ohinetai to Bell Street (at Route Position 780/10.25); a distance of 1.4 kilometres.

  3. At Greatford, commencing 350 metres south of Ashy Lane (at Route Position 833/3.5) and proceeding in a southerly direction through Greatford to the intersection with Wellington Road (at Route Position 833/5.3); a distance of 1.8 kilometres.

Cancellation of the Vesting in The Rangitikei District Council of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, cancels the vesting in The Rangitikei District Council of the reserve described in the Schedule.

Declaration That Land Vested in The Napier City Council is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, notifies that on 16 December 1998, The Napier City Council resolved that the area of land vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be local purpose (golf course) reserve.

First: 43.1098 hectares, more or less, being Lot 13, D.P. 6396 and Lots 29 and 31, D.P. 6055, being all the land in certificate of title B2/1228.
