Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register, on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 231 of the Companies Act 1955 to the Registrar.

Any objection to removal, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 26th day of March 1999.

Notice is hereby given that Valerie Atchison, a shareholder of the above company, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the above company from the Register of Companies.

The grounds are that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
