Road Realignment—Opaki-Kaipororo Road, Tararua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Tararua District Council, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 33A/249, subject to mortgage No. 800752.8 and mortgage No. 914485.1.

Road Realignment—Brooks Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), and to agreements to that effect having been entered into, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is taken for road and vested in the Whangarei District Council, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and

(i) The land firstly, secondly, fourthly, sixthly, seventhly and tenthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 118B/883 subject to mortgage D. 083619.2.

(ii) The land fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 118C/851.

(iii) The land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1A/314, subject to mortgages B. 467230.5 and C. 135593.2.

(iv) The land eighthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 118A/43, subject to mortgage D. 212919.3 and encumbrance D. 294590.3.

(v) The land ninthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 118B/888, subject to mortgage D. 212919.3.

(vi) The land eleventhly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 112A/803, subject to mortgage D. 033258.5.

(vii) The land twelfthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 118B/889, subject to mortgage D. 212919.3.

(viii) The land thirteenthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 118A/42, subject to mortgage D. 212919.3.

(ix) The land fourteenthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 62/218, subject to mortgage D. 058371.3.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 118A/43, subject to mortgage D. 212919.3 and encumbrance D. 294590.3.

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 112A/803, subject to mortgage D. 033258.5.
