Land Acquired for Road in Western Bay of Plenty District—(Maungarangi Road, Paengaroa)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect, having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice, is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117 (3), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule and further that the land described in the First Schedule be vested in the Grey District Council as road and the land described in the Second Schedule be vested in Her Majesty the Queen for education purposes.
