Pursuant to Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 20th day of January 1993 of the Bay of Plenty Squash Rackets Association Incorporated (HN. I.S. 213012) was made in error and on the 10th day of December 1999 made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
