In the High Court of New Zealand, Christchurch Registry Under the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Burwood Tavern Limited (in liquidation):

Take notice that I, the undersigned, liquidator of the above-named company, have applied to the High Court at Christchurch for the following orders:

1. An order appointing a liquidator in place of the official assignee.

2. Such further or other order as to the Court seems proper.

That by order of the Honourable Justice Chisholm, the said application will be heard at the High Court at Christchurch on the 22nd day of March 1999 at 10.00 a.m.

Further by order of the Honourable Justice Chisholm, any creditor who intends to appear, whether in person or by counsel, shall file at the High Court Registry, Christchurch:

(a) Notice of intention to appear in writing; and
