Notice of Intention to Restore to the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Auckland proposes to restore the following companies to the Register of Companies:
DFK Limited AK. 847794. Applicant: John Pain, P.O. Box 6109, Wellesley Street, Auckland.
Social Spectrum International Limited AK. 677743. Applicant: Nalayini Brito, 9 Castle Drive, Epsom, Auckland.
K Hussona Holdings Limited AK. 876752. Applicant: Karim Hussona, 64 Burnley Terrace, Mount Eden, Auckland.
International Television Limited AK. 856195. Applicants: Oliver Driver, Brett Turner, P.O. Box 28-726, Auckland 1005.
The Registrar proposes to act under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were carrying on business or in operation, or some other reason existed for the company to remain on the Register at the time they were removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of any of these companies to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Advertisement of Notice of Application for an Order Under Section 174 of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that on the 21st day of December 1998, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Onepoto Service Station (1992) Limited was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The order sought is an order requiring the second defendant to pay compensation to the plaintiff in the sum of $100,000, or for such order or orders as the Court may think fit.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 24th day of February 1999 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
