Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land Classification and Vesting

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said land to be classified for recreation purposes and vests the said reserve in the Central District Council in trust for that purpose.

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

10.5710 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 24662, Crown land. No title.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

4.0974 hectares, more or less, being Section 32, Block IX, Mangaone Survey District. All Gazette notice B. 623671.2. S.O. Plan 12657.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Southland District Council on the 28th day of October 1999:

“‘That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland District Council resolves that the land held by the council as freehold and described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.’”

754 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan 13311, being all of the land contained in certificate of title 10D/69.

Revocation of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land shall be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Reclassification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby reclassifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve subject to the provisions of section 23 of the Reserves Act.

North Auckland Land District—Waitakere City

3720 square metres, more or less, being Lot 200, D.P. 73593, situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District. All certificate of title 31B/95. Together with a right of way easement created by transfer 318607.4. This easement is subject to section 351E (a) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954. Subject to a drainage easement created by transfer 120095.
