Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72(1)(3)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Safety Analyst - Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directive:

DCA/BLAN/9 DCA/HU369/80

These airworthiness directives shall come into force on 2 December 1999.

These airworthiness directives may be viewed on the CAA web site (www.caagovt.nz) or at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Wayne Robert Pettersson, Acting Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:

(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 2, 1999.

(2) The road specified in the Schedule is excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962.
