Dissolution of Board of Trustees

Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Te Kura Hauora Board of Trustees should not continue in existence by reason of mismanagement and lack of action, and I hereby dissolve the Te Kura Hauora Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to act in its place.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 June 1999, which was granted under those regulations to Marie Papara Mace, in respect of Tenei Whakatipuranga Te Kohanga Reo (52754), situated at Hinemanu Marae, Winiata, Taihape.

The centre has ceased to operate.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
