9 The existing delegation conferred on the Commission and its staff on 3 March 1999 is hereby revoked as from the date of this letter.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1999/13 : Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways in Transit New Zealand Regions 13 and 14

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows:

Amendment

1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. In the Third Schedule after clause 10 (c) insert:

   (d) At Ettrick from a point (Route Position 370/9.59) measured 200 metres north-west of Marsh Road to a point (Route Position 370/11.03) measured 50 metres south-east of Clutha Road; a distance of 1.44 km.

   This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
