Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 11th day of November 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Robert Maru Paul of 3/13 Alexander Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention, 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 11 November 1999, following his conviction on 4 November 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol
and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, R. G. Paterson and K. Hurley, Community Magistrates have ordered that a
Mitsubishi Lancer motor vehicle, registration No. KB 6637
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Robert Maru Paul, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 11th day of November 1999.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 May 1999, which was granted under those regulations to Leananne Fee in respect of:
Ngutunui/Tihiorea Playgroup (34062), situated at 1052 Ormsby Road, Otorohanga.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The report contains financial statements, audit report and statement of management responsibility for the same period.

Food Act 1981
New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 16
Section 11G of the Food Act 1981
Amendment No. 16 to the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 was issued by the Minister of Health on 12 November 1999.
Amendment No. 16 incorporates changes made by Amendment No. 46 to the Australian Food Standards Code (ASFC) into the New Zealand Food Standard 1996. Amendment No. 46 was gazetted in Australia on 1 November 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette by the Australia New Zealand Food Authority on 4 November 1999.
The New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and the material incorporated into it by reference, i.e. the ASFC up to and including Amendment No. 46, is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.
