Notice of Disciplinary Action Taken by the Electrical Workers Registration Board

The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board ("the board"), having been directed by the Board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical workers having been disciplined by the board under Part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order of the board.

Ronald Harold Newton of Napier was fined one thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250) and ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). The fine and costs to be paid by 12 November 1999.
