Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land known as Corban Reserve and described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Waitakere City Council at its meeting on the 3rd day of August 1999:

"That the land contained in certificate of title 18A/1221 be declared to be a reserve within the meaning of the Reserves Act 1977 to be held for recreation purposes pursuant to section 14 (1) of that Act".

5.8570 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 15, deeds plan 443, Parish of Waipareira situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District. All certificate of title 18A/1221. Limited as to parcels.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Waitakere City Council at its meeting on the 2nd day of February 1999:

"That the board approved the classification of the 3.45 hectares ex-landfill site adjacent to Henderson Valley Park (part Lot 5, Deposited Plan 8632 and part Allotment 7, Parish of Waipareira contained in certificate of title 67C/335) as recreation reserve under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977".

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserve

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whangarei District Council on the 18th day of August 1999:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve

The Community Relations Manager, Wanganui, acting under delegated authority, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the South Taranaki District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
