Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the below-named applicant pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the land described below.

Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 9th day of December 1999.

Application 5778 by Sydney John Booth of Masterton, farmer and Donald Armand McLachlan of Masterton, butcher, for an estate in fee simple in 60 square metres and 50 square metres respectively, more or less, being parts of the old bed Kuriupuni Stream and being also parts of Lots 2 and 1 respectively on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 79152 being part of the common law legal estate contained in deeds indices 18/1 and 33/861.
